Some Important Aspects of Navy SEAL Training Program

Navy SEAL is a special force of US government and the soldiers of Navy SEAL force are trained for handling great dangers and emergency on air, land and water. The Navy SEAL training is considered one of the most challenging and rigorous training programs as the young men needs to undergo through extreme physical exercise which is designed to burn the body fat by increasing the metabolism rate. The training period is so rigorous because Navy SEALS are trained for bearing extreme physical strain, having great power of endurance. The training programs are just a trailer which a Navy SEAL has to face later in his career. So, the motto of this highly strenuous training is to prepare the men ready for facing anything extreme. The training has not only extreme physical exercise but would be Navy SEALS are trained to handle weapons of cutting edge technology. During the training the men eat a special diet specially designed for this Navy SEAL training. After some months of hard training the body fat goes away and muscles come out and it gives the body a wonderful look. That is the reason why apart from the aspirant Navy SEAL soldiers this  Navy SEAL training program has become widely popular among both men and women for getting an attractive physique.

Swimming is one of the parts of Navy SEAL training program. They are trained to swim at great speed over great distance. Military training and fitness programs are not at all similar to general fitness trainings or gym exercise. Gym exercise is meant to do away with extra flab and got muscle to look better and be healthy. On the other hand the military trainings and workouts are intended to withstand the enemy power by increasing body ability beyond any civilian standard. Getting the lean and muscular look is just one of the effects of this training. Most of the military exercises are performed on the land not in the gym. In the Navy SEAL training program greater emphasis is given on the body weight rather than on the weight training program. Being able to withstand great physical strain is one of the most important factors of this training program. There is no provision of taking any break in between unless the drill sergeant allows.

Strength and cardio exercises are important parts of the Navy SEAL training program. And would be soldiers need to perform their exercises in a quick succession. Time management is very important as the soldiers need to perform their job within a limited period of time during war or an emergency. Equipments with great weight have to be carried or tied in the body of a man who is undergoing such training program. Long distance running is another part of this rigorous training exercise. Another important fact about this training is that the men need to develop the ability of recovering first from the tiredness of the training to be ready to perform the exercise once more.
